I'm so happy to share with you this set of 40 (forty!) professionally taken and curated images of me. These come from one of my earliest photoshoots, in a cute apartment in West London, working with the talented Maurice. At that point, I was starting to appreciate my body more and more, and decided to take up modelling and learn how to accentuate the beauty of my body and form.

Hey folksss I’m back! ☺️ Took a very long break to focus on my personal life and think about my long term goals. Thanks for being patient and I’ll get to your messages as best I can!
So here’s an update on where I’m planning to take this page going forward, and other bits. As you might have seen on my Instagram, I’ve been working with various photographers, which produced lots of beautiful images. I’ll be posting some of those exclusively here on a PPV basis, along with other 🌶️ content I’ve been making and will continue to make. I’m now on X (Twitter) and will be posting my fitness content there going forward.

Hi y’all, sorry for the lack of updates recently – it’s just been a bit busy irl. But wow, 340 fans! That means a lot to me; thank you so much! I really hope you do enjoy seeing my body and gym progress and will continue to support me. 😇🙏🏻
I’ve been recording a lot more of my workouts, not just the heavy lifts but also the WODs so I can track the progress of those as well, which I’ve posted here, such as double-unders, barbell thrusters, burpees.
In terms of the big lifts, here are some updated PBs:
Sumo deadlift 115kg
Deadlift 99kg
Back squat 90kg -> 95kg
Bench press 62kg
Clean & jerk 47kg -> 57kg
Snatch 32kg -> 35kg
I’m particularly happy with the big jump on clean & jerk, as that shows how much I’ve improved on upper body strength and control. However, I do feel my upper back and shoulders aren’t recovering as quickly as before, which means I need to take more rest days or deload for some WODs (such as thrusters). 😳 I need to remind myself that it’s ok to not always push for more weight. Sometimes it’s more beneficial to really focus on form. 💪🏻
And then the physique part, well, I think I’ve reached a point where it’s much harder to notice week on week (or even month on month) changes, and quite frankly it seems to be more related to diet than training. So unless I really drill down on very detailed diet plans, I’m gonna look pretty much the same, I think. But I’m really happy with how far I’ve gone, and just maintaining the progress is sufficient for me right now. After all, that was never an intended goal to begin with.
Big and long post… 😆 I shall leave it at that for now! 😁😁

Oh wow, haven’t been on for a bit and just noticed we’re now at >200 followers! You guys flatter me. Seriously, thank you. 💕 I’ll try to be as active as I can on here. 😉
In the past few weeks, I’ve continued with my CrossFit and weightlifting routine, hitting and increasing some PBs consistently. I really look forward to hitting even bigger numbers in the coming weeks.
Some current numbers:
Sumo deadlift 115kg
Deadlift 99kg

It’s been a while since the last post – life has been busy, and so has training. But here are some body progress and lifting updates! 😊
It’s been almost a year since I started CrossFit and I think I’m still progressing at a decent pace, both in strength and technique. 🏋🏻 I’ve been going to more speciality classes (power lifts twice and OLY once per week) and it had helped me gain confidence in lifting heavier weights. 💪🏻 I think I’m starting to get better at snatches as well.
Body-wise, I think my physique and weight won’t change that much unless I seriously and intentionally bulk up. Not something I particularly want to focus on right now… and most of all I’m happy with how I look. 😸
I haven’t been making spicier content 🌶️ lately, but I’ll try to make time for that too. I’ve recently been contacted by a couple of photographers who’re interested in doing some professional shots. Maybe you will see some of those here soon! 😏

Hey y’all, just posting some body, CrossFit and weightlifting progress check. 😁 The past few weeks I’ve been focusing more on developing strength and refining my lifting technique, which also helps going heavier in the conditioning pieces. 🏋️♀️
I’m continuing to feel stronger and am happy with the progress, though I notice my tendons and joints are starting to take longer to recover. I need to focus more on getting enough quality rest as well! 🤓

Another day, another CrossFit sesh. Started with banded deadlift (50kg*5-8) + DB power snatch (17.5kg*10), then a 10-to-1 with barbell thrusters (25kg) + double unders (2:1, 10). Tough but manageable! 👌🏻

Strength club yesterday was fun, challenging and motivating. I was able to up my 1RM estimate by 3kg for both sumo deadlift and pause bench press. 💪🏻 Filmed some of the accessory sets as well. Then this morning was headstand kick-up + double-unders practice, followed by a D-ball + run WOD – super fun and effective (exhausting) way of starting a Sunday. 😵🤣

Body progress check 😁
Today’s programme was an interesting mix of presses and pulls for the strength part (strict press + Pendlay row + glute bridge floor press) and new conditioning combos (3 sets of 8 jumping pull-ups + 12 hang power cleans + 10 front rack squats + 20 butterfly sit-ups).
Went with a 35kg bar for the cleans and squats, which was manageable but challenging, and finished in time. Definitely feels like I’ve made some good progress, when a month ago I was full cleaning 40kg at low reps. Onwards and upwards! 🤩

Power clean set of 3 @ 50kg — while also training on hook grip & release. Pretty happy with the lift technique there, but still not quite reaching full extension at the hip. More practice needed. 😆

Woke up feeling sore between my shoulder blades and my glutes (from yesterday’s shoulder mobility session) and thought about skipping today’s WOD – but decided to go anyway as they became less sore throughout the day! 💪🏻
Today’s Partner WOD: shared work 30 secs each, 5 mins of work (1 min * 5) + 1 min rest, for 5 rounds. I was pretty much dying slowly each round and dropped in reps each round, while my partner held the fort (especially the row cals 😂).

50kg 3-position squat clean (high hang, hang, floor). I feel like I’m becoming more confident with the technique, though the coaches still say I think too much. Need to stop myself from overthinking it, but all in all on a good track! 😁✌🏻

Body progress check!
Trying out this strength club programme, where the goal is to improve 1RM on specific lifts in 10 weeks. This cycle’s focus is on pause bench press and sumo deadlift. First test: 53kg and 93kg. Let’s see how much I can improve by the end of it! 😋

Body progress check! 😇
For the past couple of weeks I have been loading up more weights in the strength-based training and scaling up conditioning options (harder machines / more cals / longer distance), which led to fewer / incomplete rounds. And that is fine – I know eventually I’ll be able to keep the same level of intensity and complete them! It’s better to challenge myself than to stay in the comfort zone (as long as I don’t injure myself).

Today’s workout was 30 mins of conditioning. Row 2700m (11:11, avg 2.04 500m split) + 500 SU skips + 1500m run. Finished in 30 mins and legs were cramping so bad by the end of it. Should’ve checked today’s programme and worn running shoes!

Hi y’all, I realised I have been slacking off posting body progress but rest assured I have not been skipping working out! 💪🏻 The shoulder is also recovering well which is nice.
Things that I’m happy for lately, in terms of gym progress: Kick-up head stand, candle stick, strict pull-up.
Things I need to put more work on: power snatch, overhead squat and strict dip.
