


Strength club yesterday was fun, challenging and motivating. I was able to up my 1RM estimate by 3kg for both sumo deadlift and pause bench press. 💪🏻 Filmed some of the accessory sets as well. Then this morning was headstand kick-up + double-unders practice, followed by a D-ball + run WOD – super fun and effective (exhausting) way of starting a Sunday. 😵🤣
