Body progress check 😁

Today’s programme was an interesting mix of presses and pulls for the strength part (strict press + Pendlay row + glute bridge floor press) and new conditioning combos (3 sets of 8 jumping pull-ups + 12 hang power cleans + 10 front rack squats + 20 butterfly sit-ups).

Went with a 35kg bar for the cleans and squats, which was manageable but challenging, and finished in time. Definitely feels like I’ve made some good progress, when a month ago I was full cleaning 40kg at low reps. Onwards and upwards! 🤩
