



Hey y’all, just posting some body, CrossFit and weightlifting progress check. 😁 The past few weeks I’ve been focusing more on developing strength and refining my lifting technique, which also helps going heavier in the conditioning pieces. 🏋️♀️
I’m continuing to feel stronger and am happy with the progress, though I notice my tendons and joints are starting to take longer to recover. I need to focus more on getting enough quality rest as well! 🤓
