




Hi y’all, I realised I have been slacking off posting body progress but rest assured I have not been skipping working out! 💪🏻 The shoulder is also recovering well which is nice.
Things that I’m happy for lately, in terms of gym progress: Kick-up head stand, candle stick, strict pull-up.
Things I need to put more work on: power snatch, overhead squat and strict dip.
That’s all for now. Will try to update more frequently! p.s. I got a haircut – did you notice? 😆
