


It’s been a while since the last post – life has been busy, and so has training. But here are some body progress and lifting updates! 😊
It’s been almost a year since I started CrossFit and I think I’m still progressing at a decent pace, both in strength and technique. 🏋🏻 I’ve been going to more speciality classes (power lifts twice and OLY once per week) and it had helped me gain confidence in lifting heavier weights. 💪🏻 I think I’m starting to get better at snatches as well.
Body-wise, I think my physique and weight won’t change that much unless I seriously and intentionally bulk up. Not something I particularly want to focus on right now… and most of all I’m happy with how I look. 😸
I haven’t been making spicier content 🌶️ lately, but I’ll try to make time for that too. I’ve recently been contacted by a couple of photographers who’re interested in doing some professional shots. Maybe you will see some of those here soon! 😏
