I don't do yoga every day. It is more like nevery day. But when I do, I always tell myself "I should do this more often".. Today I started my day with 1,5 hours of yoga, then a one hour jog in the rain before I jumped in the ocean and stayed in the cold water for 3 minutes. I had so much energy to stay focused through the courses that I am doing atm.
