I like other wheelchair users drive with hand controls connected to the pedals but you can also use the pedals to drive with your feet.

I was shot in my back and the bullet crossed my spinal cord. Paraplegic T4/5 level injury, which is about mid chest and down, but I do have sensation/feeling in all areas. The Hole at the top right is where the bullet came out.
