Putting in those morning miles everybody! Training for that half marathon this month. Today I did 7-8 miles. Not exactly sure because my watch broke but I know it was at least that far haha
Still looking for that runners high that kept me coming back in the past but Iโm doing my best to be as consistent as possible ๐
Been running a 5k+ almost everyday since the start of the year. Tone is finally coming in and my stamina is definitely improving ๐

Got a call from a defined the other day and he signed me up ๐ daunting at the moment but Iโm excited though. I used to run A LOT but over the last year I havenโt really had a good reason to train so itโs been tough to get myself motivated. Had a great workout this morning and Iโve made it through that sore stage that we all go through for the first few weeks when getting back into consistent weight training ๐๐ 1% improvement per day. Thatโs the goal!
Getting there! I have to say that I greatly underestimated the impact that aging would have on the rate at which I can change my body composition. Iโm noticing that my body is triggered much more by how I train and what I eat than it used to be a couple years ago. Definitely a bit more of a challenge but Iโm still making progress and figuring out this new puzzle. Doesnโt help that Iโve been crazy busy lately too unlike previous years๐ but NO EXCUSES though! Iโm on it and getting a little leaner every day.. (ok.. most days ๐๐คทโโ๏ธ)

Had a crazy busy week and weekend so I wasnโt able to get to the gym as much as I had hoped.
Soooo, I went up to 194lbs again ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐
But the good news is thatโs more than likely just water weight so Iโll increase my water intake and decrease sodium ๐
Fitness goal for the coming week is to get under 190lbs and to get into the gym EVERYDAY. No excuses. Also going to start meal prepping again if I can find the time ๐ค

I started 3 new ventures since the last time I posted on here and guess what!? 1 of them stuck! ๐ But that also meant that I had to commit a lot of time, focus, and energy to building my new business. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Now that things have become a bit more routine I am finally getting my butt back into shape and starting to post more again.

February starting off great!
Kicked my fever over the weekend, felt much better yesterday and even better now. Of course Iโm coughing it all up today but thatโs good that my body is getting rid of all the junk ๐
Body is coming along very nicely. Still a ways to go but fingers crossed by the end of the month Iโll be ready for the shoots Iโve scheduled in March ๐ค๐ค
