Thank you all so much for your support lately! Definitely feeling the love. Iโ€™m training now for a half marathon in February! Got a call from a defined the other day and he signed me up ๐Ÿ˜‚ daunting at the moment but Iโ€™m excited though. I used to run A LOT but over the last year I havenโ€™t really had a good reason to train so itโ€™s been tough to get myself motivated. However this surprise marathon definitely lit a fire under my ass haha more updates to come

Getting there! I have to say that I greatly underestimated the impact that aging would have on the rate at which I can change my body composition. Iโ€™m noticing that my body is triggered much more by how I train and what I eat than it used to be a couple years ago. Definitely a bit more of a challenge but Iโ€™m still making progress and figuring out this new puzzle. Doesnโ€™t help that Iโ€™ve been crazy busy lately too unlike previous years๐Ÿ˜… but NO EXCUSES though! Iโ€™m on it and getting a little leaner every day.. (ok.. most days ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ)

My update for this week:
Had a crazy busy week and weekend so I wasnโ€™t able to get to the gym as much as I had hoped.

Soooo, I went up to 194lbs again ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚
But the good news is thatโ€™s more than likely just water weight so Iโ€™ll increase my water intake and decrease sodium ๐Ÿ˜Š

Fitness goal for the coming week is to get under 190lbs and to get into the gym EVERYDAY. No excuses. Also going to start meal prepping again if I can find the time ๐Ÿคž

February starting off great!
Kicked my fever over the weekend, felt much better yesterday and even better now. Of course Iโ€™m coughing it all up today but thatโ€™s good that my body is getting rid of all the junk ๐Ÿ˜Š
Body is coming along very nicely. Still a ways to go but fingers crossed by the end of the month Iโ€™ll be ready for the shoots Iโ€™ve scheduled in March ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿคž
