Sorry guys, had to do some double shifts at work😍 A short mid week update! I'm now all the way down to 128 lbs / 58kg from my peak weight of 170 lbs / 77kg. That's a nice drop! 🥰 But I'm also starting to look and feel flat and empty so I think another two weeks then it's time to pause otherwise by body will start going into limp mode and that takes forever to reverse😊 I managed to gain 7lbs / 3kg of lean muscle since last time I cut!!!! 😍😍😍
