A few months ago I had an extremely large emotional trigger that caused my to open up and relive a bunch of childhood trauma. Add that on top of what my past relationship did to me, I haven’t been mentally stable or well for a good while now. Everyday I try to sleep, I suffer and fight with nightmares the whole time - causing me to not get any good sleep, so I’m always tired. Does anyone have any suggestions at all on how to make the nightmares stop? 😭 I just want to get some sleep.

This divorce is taking awhile and it’s taking a lot out of my mental, and I’m still regaining my confidence from the two years leading up to now. You’re not required to subscribe, and I have been open and honest. It says both on my twitter and my OF bio that I am taking a break. I do post whenever I am feeling confident, but it’s not consistent. I appreciate every single one of you that is here for support. ❤️

I apologize for inactivity, but over thanksgiving Kegan’s whole family got sick and I’ve been bedridden for the last 4-5ish days with congested lungs, stuffy nose, sinus headache, sore throat, and a fever! It’s great! 😐 Mucinex & ibuprofen have been by my side this whole time, but it’s just not enough. 😭 Anyways, My doctor said they might wanna check me for Covid today so wish me luck if I have to. 😒 I’m hoping this goes away soon cuz I feel like hell.
