We were not created to be machines : Life update
Whenever we end up treating ourselves in this way, our body and mind speak back to us
Exhaustion. Pain. Irritability. Inability to Focus. Poor Sleep. Symptoms. Etc.
This last week I have been away healing from a chronic pain flare up. I live with multiple medical conditions including fibromyalgia which impacts my body and chronic pain through my body.
I developed fibromyalgia after long periods of stress in my life.
I refused to accept a life of only pain and not feeling any control so I started learned all I could about healing.
I learned the deep connection between high stress levels and chronic illness and pain.
I have been devoted to learning all I can to support the body in healing since.
I advocate and work 1:1 with others to support them in releasing and reducing their stress levels to better support their health long term.
Thank you for each of your support.
For being here.
For caring.
The deepest gratitude for each one of you 💗
I am currently traveling on the East Coast ☺️
If you have traveled,
• What are your favorite parts of it all?
• What do you dislike most?
• What has been your favorite trip?
My favorite parts are learning new culture and taking in the differences in each place I travel
• I dislike the planning aspect of trips. I just would love to go 😊
• My favorite trip so far has been California
How do we speak to our bodies?
Our body. Our naked body - is waiting for our love.
The more we connect in love with our body - the more relaxed we feel. The more confident we feel. The more connected we feel.
Nudity is something we often connect to a time that is sexual but nudity is our core of the soul.
It is our vulnerability thorough skin.
It is love, all on its own
Find loving things to say to your body today and everyday 🤍✨
What are the simple things that bring you joy?
✨For me:
-time in the woods
-listening to the birds
-eating delicious snacks
-sitting by a fire
-baking
-eating watermelon
-feeling the sun on my skin
Have you tried Masa Chips?
They are a healthy tortilla chip without seed oils.
The crunch is incredible!
Seed oils are now proven to impact our health in significant negative ways and they’re in much of our foods in today’s society.
I have a passion for feeding the world good food that still tastes good ✨

When you feel like you are going to cum and don’t want to just yet
1. Find your breath in your body
2. Slow down your breathing
3. Pause all movement
4. Deeper slower breaths
Bring the focus of your mental attention to another part of your body away from the genitals
Continue to breathe ✨
Have you ever tried this before?
I started a “what made me smile today” journal 3 weeks ago
This one choice changed my life
I now end my days excited to write what I noticed
brought me a smile.
Throughout the day, when something brings me a smile - my brain goes “ ah a smile, adding to the list later!”
It’s been training my brain to really tune into noticing what makes me feel good and brings me smiles.
Those little choices and intentions.
They make all of the difference ❤️
10/10 recommend this practice
Have you heard of the Pomodoro Technique?
It is a time management technique that uses 25 minute sessions of focused work followed up by a 5 minute and up break after each session.
Each of our brain’s work best in different ways
Often times we keep trying to work or complete tasks in the same ways that may not be best for our brain style and then become frustrated at not making progress.
We just need a different approach or technique.
✨Do you struggle with staying focused?✨
Try breaking up your work into time slots!
There are many other techniques and supports outside of the Pomodoro Technique that can aid you in your best work and creative habits!
What would a perfect day look like for you?
A piece of my perfect day would be reading
I love the way reading makes me feel
I love how my body softens as my eyes fall over every word
I love how my mind can race in excitement and yet in that same moment my heart slows taking in the opening of every word
I love reading 😊📚
What is a favorite book of yours?
What are non sexual pleasures that you enjoy? ✨
Pleasure is a source of healing for our mind, body and spirit
Taking moments throughout the day to devote ourselves to pleasure - this supports stress relief, capacity to hold stress as well as supports our full being in healing.
What will this look like for you in your days?
A few non sexual pleasures for me ✨
-closing my eyes and smelling a flower
-looking up at the sky and gazing at the clouds
-slowly brushing my lips and slowly eating fruit
-watching honey slowly be drizzled
-slowly eating a piece of chocolate or food
-listening to jazz
-feeling my silk robe on my body
-grazing my hands through the grass
-feeling the warm bath / shower connect with my body
There is a light that lives within you
There are strengths that you naturally carry
Look into the mirror and state these strengths out loud to yourself
We look outward. We compare.
Instead, let us congratulate our strengths
We have gifts to give this world, just as we are✨
• Where can we let go a bit more in our lives?
• What comes up when we feel ourselves letting go of control?
• Where do we naturally reach for control?
When we have spaces to share openly on these things, the hold softens ✨
Have you ever enjoyed time outside naked?
It is medicine for the mind, body and soul
One of my favorite ways to enjoy time outside is naked.
An extra layer of freedom and connection on it all
1000% recommend ✨
🌞 Have you ever sunned your balls? 🌞
Getting sun and red light on your balls and perineum can be supportive for increasing testosterone levels, sex drive and overall immune health ❤️
-If you have privacy of your own backyard, allow yourself to enjoy the sun on your naked body
- If not, you can open a window and allow the sun through the screen or fully open window
( Avoid doing through the closed window as it blocks some of the healing properties )
A red light is also supportive for increasing testosterone and testicular health ❤️ You can use the red light in full privacy in the home.
Red light also supports:
-muscle recovery
-circadian rhythm support
-hormone support
-relaxation and more!
What inspires you?
I love hearing people share about their passions and what moves them.
A few for me:
-Love
-Stories of overcoming
-Witnessing someone speaking their truth
-Gestures of sharing
-Community
-Eye contact with another human
-Seeing someone smiling
-Mother Nature
-Color

3 simple ways to create more pleasure in your days
1. Check and set the mood in your day to day environments - look around your home, bedroom, office, wherever you are : what within the room ignites you to feel GOOD? What doesn’t?
Adding more pleasure to a room may look like:
-noticing colors that bring you pleasure / joy and adding more of them to the space
-removing any items with past negative emotional connection
-adding photos of things, places and people that inspire you and bring out smiles in you
-making the space playful with textures, materials that spark joy and feel good energy
-natural light vs man made - naturally lighting like candles, sunlight and sunset etc all support stimulation of our pleasure
These are a few.
2. Slow down with an experience - the more we slow down whether it be with enjoying a food, listening to a song, viewing an experience : when we slow down - the mind and body are able to feel, see and receive even more, pleasure including :)
3. “Straw / Pelvis Breathing” - When we slow down our breath and begin to inhale and exhale as if we were breathing through a straw. Feeling the inhale as if it is moving through the cock. This slow connected breathing can channel more pleasure in us
What did pleasure look like for you today?
What is a small win you had today?
Everyday we experience wins and yet, how often do we take the time to celebrate ourselves for them?
What was today’s win(s) for you?
Showing up for self care for yourself / focus on you?
Finishing a task?
How you responded to a situation?
A shift in perspective?
The ability to see something good when you once maybe would go right to look for darkness / hurt?
Whatever the win - let us take a moment to celebrate you 😘
Out of the mind - back into the body ✨
I love working virtually 1:1 with clients
Watching a client smile and feel that safety to connect and share
To watch a client’s body go from wound and their mind in over thinking into the space of their own
Softened
Flowing
Resting
Opened
You, deserve spaces of focus on you ✨💛
Message me for all options of 1:1 support
Being with you is a reminder - we are one
Never separate
Interconnected
Woven into one another.
When I forget myself,
When I lose myself,
I come to you
You, guide me right back
