I used to just post pictures, but now I want to share something more. I'm Kris and I have so many thoughts, ideas and experiences that I want to share. I want to be more than just a photographer to you, I want to be a person with my hobbies, dreams and little stories.
Today I want to share my nutritional secrets that allow me to keep my body in great shape and also have a positive impact on my health. I have been following nutrition for several years. I started this journey with stupid advice from the Internet, so I understand the importance of adequate advice like no one else, so here are my top 5 tips:
◾️1◾️ Split meals Give preference to separate meals. It is better if you have 4-5 meals a day, with not very large portions. ◾️2◾️ Eating before bedtime Never eat just before going to bed. The golden rule of healthy eating says: Go to bed when your food is fully digested. In this case, you will have a good night's sleep and morning vigor. ◾️3◾️ Fast food Never eat a quick meal. Remember the centuries-old culture of eating a meal that is slow and unhurried. We're not cars that don't care how long it takes to get fuel into the tank. ◾️4◾️ Diet and water Follow a proper drinking regimen. Try not to drink different drinks or water during or immediately after meals. You should not reduce the concentration of gastric juices that are produced by the body to digest food. ◾️5◾️ Diversify your diet Calculating their amount is quite a laborious process, and son. To be sure that you have done everything you can for yourself - try to diversify your diet as much as possible, alternate fish, meat and poultry with legumes, eat as wide a range of cereals, vegetables and fruits as possible.
