I have a new house rule and a game in my FLR. I want to keep my slave motivated, but also punish him if he wasn't a good boy. The game goes from monday till friday. But I give him a chance to be a good boy and to decrease that number or even take it to zero, but if he will not behave, he can make that number way higher.. so it's all up to him, to obey or not..
