The amount of self confidence I've gained after losing 55 pounds over the course of a little over half a year is astounding. ... I'm incredibly proud of myself for having come as far as I have and I genuinely feel like a different person both physically and emotionally, I've been all about growth and self care to be the best me I can be. Going to therapy every single week to work on familial and relationship trauma and working out and eating right to maintain what is the best shape I've been in, in over a decade. It just goes to show that no matter how dark things can get and how much hurt you go through, there's always better times ahead if you put the work in. I've gotten to such a good place emotionally and physically and it keeps getting better every day, I've started new creative endeavors and met new friends and it feels so good to have worked hard to get myself here. To be able to see my progress though my posts on here and share this journey with you guys and having you boost my confidence with all the love you show and messages you send means a lot to me and definitely helps me feel hot and appreciated lmaooo so definitely keep it coming 😜
