✨ Today I'm going to tell you about my absolute favorite exercise for a beautiful butt - jumping squats! 🍑🔥

This exercise not only helps tighten my glutes, but it also pumps up my legs and improves my overall fitness 💪. I do it at the end of every workout and the results are immediate!

How I do it:

1. I start with classic squats, watching the technique 🏋️‍♀️.

2. On the way out of the squat, I push up hard and jump up, trying to reach the ceiling ✨.

3. Repeat 3 approaches of 15 times, keeping each movement under control 🔄.

Don't forget about proper breathing and warming up before your workout, it's very important! 😅✨

I want to stay active in volunteering and use my influence to help everybody who are in difficult situations. 😉
