This morning when I woke up this old tune from the 80's popped in my mind. So I asked myself.. what are some things that are holding me back? What can I let go of? A bunch.. I wrote a few of them down.

1. I can do without those who aren't
supportive of my goals.

2. I can do without naysayers and people who say "You cant do that" watch me.

3. I can do without any "friends" / "family" who make me feel less than my value / worth.

4. I can do without those that don't respect my time and energy.

5. I can do without those that dont appreciate what all the things I do for them big or small.

6. I can do without people pleasing and showing others what I can do for them — ill do it for me, myself, and I.

7. I can do without people who don't take an interest in my hobbies, or personal beliefs

8. I can do without anyone who isn't listening & isn't respecting the informal truths that are coming out of my mouth.
9. I can do without those that say they love me, but don't even love themselves..
10. I can do without those that believe weight holds a significant value over worth.
