You cannot be aware of something that does not exist. If something does not exist, then by definition it is impossible for you to know of it. It simply doesn't exist. So the fact that an idea, a dream, or whatever thing you thought of that you may be having doubts about its validity or its existence is in your mind means that it exists. It is possible. And as I mentioned in my last post, everything is energy. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. Therefore whatever it is that you may be wanting is already here. It may not have materialized in physical reality for you to perceive and experience yet. But make no mistake about it. It is here already. It exists here and now. That is the truth from both the scientific perspective and the spiritual perspective.

This might not be the most scientific explanation of Quantum Physics or that of reality and how it works but it is how I have come to understand it in my own words. I am here to share it with you so that I can remember it better by writing it down. First of all we need to understand that everything in reality whether it could be seen by the physical body or if it is invisible to us are all energy. More specifically light. In spiritual terms it is called light/love. It's not light AND love. The two are one and the same just different expressions of existence itself. Or so that's what I have come to understand of what I have learned. I could be wrong and correct myself in the future. But yeah everything is energy. Energy exists as both particle and wave. It is not one or the other. It is both. What we all call REALITY or PHYSICAL things are not actually things or real or here or there but rather just energy in the form as a particle. That's what things in reality are. Energy in particle form. When that energy is interacted with by consciousness, it takes particle form. When it is undisturbed, it is in wave form. Meaning not physical or visible. Not here or there. It simply exists in a state of infinite potential. And I mean infinite. In the mathematic equations scientists have discovered in quantum physics, the potential for energy in wave form is infinite. Meaning that energy can be anywhere, anything, at anytime. Further more that energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It can only be transformed. That's a famous quote by Albert Einstein I believe and it is a cornerstone in science no matter what field of study you are in, that is the truth and the only truth. Energy, the source of everything in reality including reality itself, simply exists. It cannot be created nor destroyed. Think of how you can compost things. When you take raw organic material and let it decompose, it may appear as if those things "died" and are now gone. But the truth is that the energy that those things really are simply changed it's form. Same goes with burning things. When you burn something, whatever you burned isn't destroyed or gone because that thing wasn't a thing to begin with. It is energy in the form of let's say a piece of wood. When that energy is burned, it is transformed into energy that took the form of gasses, carbons, and other "materials". But in reality it really isn't those things. It is still just energy expressed in particular forms in the perceivable physical reality. Things aren't actually things. They are energy expressed as SOMETHING. Your body isn't you. You are energy expressed as a body fully aware of the body and the life experience you are having as a body. Everything is energy. Everything that existed or that could ever exist already exist now. It is already here. Because energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It simply changes the forms it is expressed as. I can use the analogy of a TV monitor to further explain this in terms that may be easier to understand. For a TV to work and give us the experience of watching a show or what not, it uses a lot of little light emitting diodes we call pixels. All the pixels working together creates what we would call a picture. The TV creates a lot of different pictures very quickly and flashes them in sequence to then create the illusion of motion on screen. That is why in the early days of projector films, it is called a motion picture not a movie. Movies are really just motion pictures. Now as I already explained, those pictures are created using multiple pixels. The higher quality of your movie, the more pixels are needed. We can equate the pixels to energy. Energy is like the pixels on a TV screen in reality. Energy exists as both wave and particle. Pixels exists as both on or off. When a pixel is off, it is in a state of finite possibility. It can be any color that is programed into it to be. When it is turned on, it is turned on to the color that the computer needs it to be. All the pixels working together in this orchestra of on and off then creates the pictures on the TV. And a lot of those pictures flashed in order creates the illusion of a story; a movie. Same goes with in our physical lives. The energy that is the source of everything in physical reality is either wave or particle. In simpler terms, it is either physical or non physical. When it is in non physical form, it has an infinite list of shapes, places, and times it could be. When it is in particle form, meaning in physical form, it is locked into ONE of the possibilities within the infinite possible outcomes it could've been. Think of it as a pixel being turned on by the TV to a particular color. All the energy together being tuned to a particular place as a particular form at a particular time in sequence is what creates the illusion of physical reality. Everything is really already here. Nothing is created. Nothing is destroyed. We simply experience it and then something else. Everything is just energy in a grand orchestra to give us the experience of something physical in motion. Same as the TV. The pictures on the screen is actually just pixels arranged perfectly as in life. The things in life are just energy arranged perfectly. Nothing is real. Nothing is physical. Everything is here and now. You may not be experiencing most of the things possible to be experienced right now, but that does not mean it isn't here already. Everything is here. Everything is now. What you want is already done. What you don't want is also already here. Choose what you want just as a computer would choose based on your input what to display on the TV screen. We are conscious aware energy. We are eternal. We are life itself. We are creation itself. For all is energy and energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It simply changes its form. Energy is aware as demonstrated in the study of quantum physics. We are existence itself. We are eternity itself. We are the here and now and everything that exists within us. Life isn't real. Words from my spiritual teacher that shook me awake today. More awake than I have ever been. "We only fear or doubt because we somehow believe that an omnipotent GOD can somehow fail and thus fail us" That is the only reason we have fears or doubts and then suffer defeat or failure. Our belief in God's ability to fail causes us to fear and then fail. But that is so nonsense! How can omnipotence fail or be defeated?????

I'm currently in the process of making some huge changes in ..

I'm currently in the process of making some huge changes in my life and in doing so I suddenly realized something while working with some fears in my mind. I had this thought. I thought "hmm", as I watched some fearful worst case scenario thoughts go through my mind, "hmmm if what quantum physicists says is true; that the Universe truly is infinite and that everything exists right here and now because space and time doesn't actually exist. If what spiritual teachers says is true that we are eternal and that everything is here and now we just need to choose to experience them. Then what does it matter what happens in between?" I'll elaborate. For me personally, I see myself living in Indiana with a woman I fell in love with years ago and want to settle down with and marry. I've spent countless hours meditating and visualizing the beautiful life we have together and the quiet home we live in together. But in physical reality, I am currently in Wisconsin and have more credit card balance due than actual money in my bank account. Recently I received inspiration to simply pack my welder in my car and go to Indiana and start to offer my welding services for free. I felt very excited and drawn to the idea and so I am about 90% sure I will follow through with the inspiration. However there are still some things I need to wrap up in Wisconsin and so while I am still here, I've been dealing with fears of 1.what if I end up homeless? 2.what if I end up running out of credit on my credit card? 3.what if I end up sick without a place to rest and heal? 4.what if things don't go well with my woman? 5.what if what if what if...you get the idea And so my realization as I sat and watched those fears go through my mind and then release them, I suddenly thought "hmm if everything truly is already here and now. That would mean that somehow someway I ended up in my woman's arms and in the quiet little home I saw us living in. So does it really matter what happens on my way there? If everything is here and now then that also means that the reality I saw of us living in peace is already here. That means that I made it there somehow someway because like I said, that reality is already here and now...at least according to the countless spiritual teachers I listen to and the implications of scientific studies in the quantum department...which by the way is the study of the fabric of reality and all within it because everything is energy. That is a scientific statement not a guess or theory. Soooooo since everything is here including the reality I saw in my mind that I so dearly want, then that means that I somehow made it there. I don't have a fucking clue how but somehow someway there is a reality where I made it safely and soundly in bed with my "future" wife. If that's the case then what does it matter if I get deathly ill on my way there? So what if I end up with crippling debt? So what if I experience being homeless for awhile? At the end I arrived at my desired destination with suffering in between or with the most pleasant of journeys and pleasures. It doesn't matter now does it?? That's what I thought. It doesn't matter what happens in between.

Just had another huge realization in meditation I had to pul..

Just had another huge realization in meditation I had to pull myself out of it to record what I realized. You now get to have a glimpse of what went through my mind. I suddenly realized this while I sat and focused on simply being myself. Now Who am I? Well I went into detail in the video I posted today but in short I understand that I am simply awareness. I am not the body. I am not the mind. I am most definitely not the character I've been acting as in this life. I cannot be quantified nor can I truly know who I am as awareness. (At least in this stage of my spiritual development, I haven't become aware of myself as awareness. I simply know that I am awake, aware, present) So as I sat and focused on being aware I suddenly realized that everything that I am aware of; all the physical life experiences are actually side effects of who I am. What do I mean by that? I mean that the experiences I "experienced" exist and was experienced by me because I exist. The effect of my existence is why I had an experience. If I didn't exist there would be no perceived experience. I then realized that holy crap! If every experience exists because of my existence; because I exist to be aware of them, then it also means that without me nothing exists. It's the whole principle of the quote "if a tree fell in the woods with no one around, did it make a sound when it fell?" I realized that the only reason things seem to exist and happen is because I exist to witness them! You might be saying but what about other people? Wouldn't they be able to hear the tree fall in my place if I am not there to witness it? Well yes they can. From my perspective though, if I do not exist, then those "other people" also don't exist. I simply am not around to be aware of them. Nothing exists without me existing first is what I am trying to say. This helped me understand why in quantum physics, Energy only takes on particle form when observed! For those not quite familiar with physics, Energy exists as both wave and particle at the same time. When scientists observe them, it takes particle form. When no one is watching, it just sits as a wave. Why is this important? Because our entire physical reality is made of energy in particle form. So this is a big deal because without an observer, as I just explained, Things simply don't exist. (From the observer's perspective) The potential for things to exist is there as science shows in the infinite field of quantum energy. However, when there is no observer it simply exists as a wave of infinite possibility. It can be anywhere, anything, and anyone. But it is nothing UNTIL someone observes it. Only then does it take on physical form. That means that physical reality only exists when someone is there to observe it. You can ask scientists about this and they will tell you this is true but unbelievable lmao. They don't understand why this is but I just figured it out. It is because I; WE are conscious awareness. We are not these bodies. We are awake and aware in our bodies. Without us being awake and aware of things, those things simply do not exist. The potential for their existence is there eternally however as scientists know, until energy( the thing that makes up everything in physical reality) is observed, physical reality simply does not exist. I wish I could tie this together in words with the spiritual teachings I learned but at this time I cannot articulate it yet. However once I find the right words, I will share my discoveries with you.
