Happy Friday ❤️❤️ I’m soooo sore from yesterday’s workout. I did a hot yoga class to start and finished it off with a nice leg/booty day! Here are 2 of my leg day workouts I love!!! 1: SQUATS. I always squat in the beginning of my leg day workout. It warms up my legs and hips and builds the quad muscles which I love. I also love challenging myself and seeing how much weight I can rack on 😊 this was 155lb but my PR is 205! 2: BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT W/ SINGLE LEG RDL. These were KILLER and I’m feeling it in my glutes today! This was a 26lb kettle bell and definitely enough weight. By being on one leg it’s not only a balancing act but also focused completely on your glute to pull you back up! BOOTY WORK 🍑🍑🍑 Hip Thrust Tip ‼️ Hip thrusts are a great exercise to help grow your glutes (booty) HOWEVER the smallest change in form can help you get maximum results! Push through your heels!! By pushing through your heels it forces you to use your glutes as opposed to your quads or other leg muscles. I even will lift my toes up to ensure I am completely pushing through my heels! Also... try and hold it at the end for 5-10 seconds. It burns but in a good way! Add a booty band for more resistance if you’d like as well 😊 Message me for more workout & booty building tips 😘

⚡️Leg Day Essentials⚡️ Video 1: SQUATS The first thing I do on leg day is hit the squat rack. It’s a great way to warm up my hips & strengthen my quads. The key to squats is 1, to wear flat shoes (I like CDG converse) 2, get nice and low and 3, push through your heels for extra glute activation!! Always SQUEEZE at the top! Video 2: STIFF LEG RDL I love deadlifting. It’s works more than just your legs. RDL’s, if done right, specifically target your hamstrings and glutes. The key is to keep your weight in your heels and bend at your hips pushing your booty way back pulling the bar back up with your hamstrings. Be sure to SQUEEZE at the top always!! Video 3: SUMO DEADLIFTS I like sumo dead lifts because it’s more quad and glute work. The key is to get nice and low, drop your hips then pull the bar up with only your legs. Don’t use your arms to help you! Have your legs slightly pointed out as well and keep them nice and wide. As always, squeeze at the top! P.S liquid chalk can help if you have a hard time hanging onto the bar when it gets heavy! Try these 3 barbell combos on your next leg day and lmk what you thought!! 💕😘 DM if you have any questions ❤️
