Today I had an online consultation with a psychiatrist. I made this first step as I have been depressed for more than 7 years. And it turned out that all this is not in vain, I have a high level of anxiety, OCD and possibly PTSD. I was prescribed antidepressants and Hidocepan. The first two weeks are difficult with these medications and I want to sleep all the time and feel like I'm inhibited, maybe there will be less content. But I'm happy with this little achievement :)

A lot of things have changed in my life over the last few months. I finally got my act together and decided to tell my closest person how I feel and what I would like. And yes, surprisingly I didn't get any rejection from him. I feel much better mentally. In my country it is depressing , any transition to something new and a big judgment .
