Mondays I use as a cardio today. The gym had no A/C so I sweated like a MFO. Also, our nice community decided to close off the parking spaces near our building so I had to park in a parking garage in BOFO in the middle of a heat advisory. I think I burnt a few calories today. No?

I think I’ve gotten to that point where progress starts to significantly slow down. Although I’m not noticing changes anymore, I definitely see it in the amount of weight that I can move. 😙
