Taking a little break from the winter posting because spring..
Taking a little break from the winter posting because spring is almost here! As much as I tend to be a bigger fan of the spookier, cooler seasons (fall especially, of course) and I love myself a good rainy day in, this winter has felt like it's been even darker than usual. Maybe it's because I've been stuck inside my house more, I dunno. But, I'm finding myself looking forward to having some sunny days again :3 I have not appreciated the spring often enough for most of my life! Spring is great because you get more daylight and flowers, but also still have lots of cooler rainy days too. It truly is the best of both worlds!

WE FINALLY GOT A LIL SNOW ❄️☃️ 🥶 omggg it finally felt like an actual proper winter day xD Yesterday I was supposed to work but when it started snowing in the night I abandoned all plans and specifically woke up at 5 in the morning just to watch and see if it would stick so I could get a chance to walk around in it AND IT DID! Went for a walk at 7am for like 3 hours because I had a feeling it wouldn’t last (it started melting by noon lol) BUT IT WAS SUCH A NICE MORNING, and supposedly we might get a little more later in the week so hoping for that 🤞
Growing up around Seattle, we always used to get a bit of snow pretty much every year nearly without fail, but these past 5 or so years I’m seeing less and less snow every winter and it makes me so sad because I loveeee snow. It’s been really weird without it 😫 it’s been oddly warm for winter here so after Christmas I’ve basically been in spring mode by accident, although I still have winter content I need to post lollll.
