And it is a reminder of the habits that were beneficial, i just fell off and was comfortable being complacent. That’s over with i have to be the change I want to see!! I started this morning with a delicious breakfast of 🍳, sautéed cabbage, cocunut jasmine rice (which is YUMMMY) and a old time favorite 🍞. Exactly what i needed to give me morning energy. Do you feel like you went through a transformation this weekend?
