I went to zzz late last night because I was fiddling around with color strips and my curtain in my upstairs office (oh and I have 2 offices; 1 downstairs). Good thing I had like, 3 boxes of color strips because 2 of them didn't even work right out of the box (i think the company was called Mercury or something? It was from walmart)... Govee light strips (from Amazon) are great, probably the only ones to ever work for me. I got my bean bag chair that I'm gonna stuff with some of my unused blankets and such to free up some closer space + to fill the chair 🤩 gonna put it in my little reading corner. That'll be cuteeeee and gotta put together my Goosebumps mini shelf~ ahhhh I'm happy! 💘

Did I ever mention reddit has been giving me tons of troubles (as far as imgur goes) and also, power hungry mods? Yeah... I could do nothing wrong and get banned or have my subreddit verifications revoked, like, why did I even work to get verified if they can take it away for no reason lol 🙄 another reason I don't pose nakies there or anywhere else in a social media acc. I'd much rather keep it here and the other site. Baffles me how shitty I'm treated just for existing and contributing. Idk, I'd hate to have a plumbing issue any time soon. All I can do is be careful and try to adjust to not having a garbage disposal. Just 1 of the things I 'sacrificed' when going from apt to house, but there's many pros than cons to my house, so I can't really complain (plus, no more landlord breathing down my neck anymore; I turned in my apt keys today! 4 days before lease is up) 🤣😂🤣

I've been settling in nicely; finally had a longgggg sleep to rejuvenate myself 🌙
I didn't get everything done yday, so I'll be doing a few odds and ends today as far as washing my utensils and putting some stuff (like cleaning stuff) in the basement. I received my upstairs office desk yday, but idk when I'll get around to setting it up 🤣 got the chair days ago and haven't set it up; figured I'd set up the desk first up there eventually. Still have to order a washer, dryer, and sink in basement + a TV and couch for livingroom + a small dining table and chairs for dining room + TV stand for bedroom and bigger projects like remodel the garage / shed thingy, and so on... (reason I don't have any of those things is because I've been in studio apts and never had much furniture that would fill a house).
I mean, other than that, it's been pretty chill and I'm not stressed because things just take time and I'm happy with my home 🤩

Oh and my upstairs desk arrives today, but idk if I'll get that set up today or not (seems like the rest of the boxes I have are things I need to put on / in / on the desk lol)... gotta deal with my old apt landlord too over the phone today because i have nothing left in the apt and would like to schedule a day to hand it back over to them to be done with it. I slept upstairs of my house for the first time and I woke up 2 hrs ago to my arm not feeling tingly (like how it would feel if it 'fell asleep'), i couldn't feel it AT ALL. Couldn't move it at all either. Very scary experience. I think I was laying on my back when i was asleep, not on that (right) arm... it's the first time I lost all feeling in my arm and couldn't send signals to move it. It took about 10 mins of me slapping it around with my left hand, to get it to start feeling that tingly feeling, then it went back to normal. Now it just feels... really relaxed. I wish my left arm felt relaxed too, it's extremely tense (as per usual even before this experience). I was worried I literally lost my right arm 😭 I hope I never go through that again

Good afternoon! 🌤 I had a great sleep at my new place even though I had to get a sleeping bag for camping and it was basically like I was sleeping on the floor anyway. 😂 I was just way too tired to care, honestly. About to move some more stuff over and gotta go get an AC unit for the upstairssss since it's so hot up there. It's like my balls fall off with all the sweat from even 5 min of being up there
Oh and it took me 1 hour to clean the coffee maker so I was dying of pressure in my face rugidjdjskfsksowk! Was so outta it and haven't had coffee for so long to where I kept messing up and didn't put a coffee pod in when I was ready to make some; so it was pure water 🤣 kept trying and trying till I got it right
