Been thinking a lot about you lately...And all the other things I'm so grateful for ๐ฅฐ๐โจ๏ธ
I've been making a conscious effort to speak my gratitude outloud every day this year. For my health, my loved ones, my discipline, my life as a whole. And maybe it's corny or over said, but I swear this one little practice has slowly changed my perspective every single day. I find myself wanting for less, appreciating what I have more, and considering others more than I already did.
I hear some people like to journal their gratitude, or incorporate it into daily meditation and exercise. I think whatever way to choose to, even if just on the car ride home from work, practicing your gratitude can have a positive, subststional, and exponential influence on your happiness.
