I woke up wanting to feel human — no hot water. Just standing there under a freezing shower, annoyed, cold, thinking, “ok, at least I’ll make some coffee.”
But nope — no coffee. I knew it was gone, just didn’t buy more. Thanks, yesterday me 🤷♀️
So I got ready, went to the café. They made my favorite — it smelled amazing, looked perfect. I even felt a little better, thought maybe I can turn this day around 😅
Then I picked up the cup, and it just… slipped. Spilled everywhere. Gone. At least it didn’t go all over me 😬
Took a deep breath — “whatever, it happens.” Tried to distract myself, stopped by the store later, thought I’d make something tasty. I had veggies at home anyway
Got everything, made a plan, came back, opened the fridge… veggies were rotten. No joke. Soft, smelly, gross 😭😭
And now here I am — in silence, in a bad mood, in a very not-great day. Tired, annoyed, but still kinda breathing 🙏
Because even in days like this, there’s something to hold on to — even if it’s just the hope that tomorrow will be different 🫂
