I fight against my own body spasms.
I try so hard to get back up. I grab the pole to get up, and I struggle and fall. I give up and try to scoot near my chair and struggle SO hard!! with no use.
I am so weak, I finally crawl to the couch and drag my wheelchair closer, and manage to climb onto the couch to get back onto my chair!
