The video ended there because I was joined by dogs, literally. 😂 I still practice the very basic twerking movement for 1 minute every morning. I don’t know what the outcome will be by continuing. I do know nothing will change if I do nothing. I love moving to music, so maybe me practicing the very basic twerking move will make a change with me moving the body. I encourage you to implement something in your life.
