

Recently, I went karting, but things didn’t go as planned—took a hard hit to my back, and now workouts are off-limits 🥺
Skipping the gym is really tough for me, but health comes first 😌 I’m trying to accept this break without guilt and give my body time to recover✨
So, for now, books instead of weights, rest instead of squats. But I promise, as soon as I can, I’ll be back in the gym with double the energy! 🏋️♀️
