

Sometimes I feel lonely… and here’s how I deal with it

Not the dramatic kind.
Just that quiet moment at night, when everything’s done, and it’s suddenly too quiet.
You ever get that?

When it hits, I don’t run from it.
I make tea, curl up in a hoodie, put on music that knows me too well — and just… let it be.

It’s my way to reset. To feel things.
And sometimes I imagine someone sitting next to me, just breathing, saying nothing, but being there.
Like whispering: “I got you.”
