


This is what I eat for breakfast everyday! (but usually I have raspberries as well, but I just ran out) - Recipe below! 👇
Chocolate Overnight Oats
1 cup of oats
1 tbs of chia seeds
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
2 Tbs of dark cocoa
1 cup oat milk (or any milk, but I prefer oat at the moment)
Mix the dry ingredients together in a mason jar, I just use a spoon and make sure everything is mixed and then pour over the oat milk and stir or shake.
Leave overnight
Serve with granola, raspberries (I just ran out but I always have raspberries or strawberries too) banana, pecan- or cashew nuts and oat milk! Sometimes I add a tiny bit of sugar free syrup on top as a treat!
Super healthy and easy recipe I never get sick of. Some days I swirl the overnight oats with a greek yogurt to mix it up.
