Yesterday when I arrived and got my things settled, I sat down and took a deep breath and realized how quiet it was. It was all so still out here, compared to the busy and growing town of Tulum. The stillness actually made me cry. Because it had been so long since I let myself just sit in silence. And then today, I was having some anxiety about whether traveling was the right decision, and if I was taking this trip and healing from it, or just masking the symptoms. Of course with that, comes the feelings of not making enough money, and what my plans are when I come home and if I'm actually worthy of all the hopes and dreams I have. The longer I sit out and think, the more the anxiety fades away. And I know this is healing. Releasing that anxiety and knowing I'm cared for and always going to be okay that's healing. Nature will do that for you. Make you feel taken care of and infinitely abundant. I hope you feel this way toođź’—
