You’re still beautiful! You’re still valuable! You’re still worthy of love! Especially from yourself! Be kind to yourself. Monitor your inner voice and make sure you’re speaking to yourself the way your would speak to a loved and cherished one. Cherish yourself and this vessel you’ve been given. It does so much for you!
