Two People
Quiet.
Beautiful.
A leisurely day.
It was just the two of us, taking our time,
admiring Japan’s breathtaking autumn.
Sunlight filtered through the golden leaves of the bald cypress,
the lush green grass and towering golden trees complementing each other perfectly.
How could an ordinary park leave me so awestruck?

It was too cold, so we went home to have something warm to eat.
"Welcome to Takki's Kitchen!"
It was absolutely hilarious.
My pookie showed off his broken Japanese—
"Today, I will tsukuri (make) a spicy hot pot for everyone."
