The standard that women should be shaved is set up by women.
Imagine if all women suddenly kept their bodyhair, there is no way that all the men would stay single and touch no female for the rest of their lifes. They would just accept it.
Maybe some girls shave for themself, because they actually like it and so they shave regardless if anyone sees… yet most girls shave for men/society. I’m a girl who used to shave and I know many girls who shave obviously.
I can tell u that many many girls keep their bodyhair during winter, for example legs cause it isn’t visible or not shave their kitty if they are single, until they going out, on a date or so. That kinda speaks for itself.
So girls think they gotta shave for men, but in reality, only because they decided to shave, men expect a them to be shaved. I say expect, not demand, because after this being my first summer walking around with long armpit hair, attending to parties, social events, festivals etc. The “worst” reaction I’ve got from guys was being suprised by it, maybe a bit shocked too but still asking for my number few minutes later.
So yeah, men aren’t the problem ☺️
