Week 11 of my fitness journey; 5 hours cardio a week with some pushups. about 2 weeks ago, I added the use of an ab roller wheel & strength training with kettlebells.
About a month ago, I went šÆ dedicated healthy diet. I had to get rid of my junk food the first month. lol.
The ab roller is a game changer for me personally. I always hated doing other ab exercises and seemed to never get good results.
Looking straight at myself in the mirror, Iām seeing the the fat loss. Looking straight down or when I sit down still looks terrible š.
