

NOTE. I am not a personal trainer by all means lmao, this my PERSONAL plan and exactly what I do with weights and reps. I never skip these regardless if I’m tired or if I cut my gym time short. If you are trying to follow my plan, I would base it off the reps and up the amount of weight till you reach x amount of reps. Example: I do 205 lbs of 10 reps for a set of hip abductions, you can do as heavy amount of weight until you can ONLY do 10 reps (100 lbs of 10 reps). If you’d like to get even bigger, you can always lower the reps but add even heavier weight :) please feel free to message me any questions! I will try to record some soon (I haven’t yet cause I’ve been wanting to rent out or find a small private gym so I can spice it up and work out nude lol) and I have 2 other workouts early on in OnlyFans that I also do not skip. I will be posting the workouts I DO skip (if I’m not feeling it) soon. They are affective, but not as necessary as these hehe.
