The gratitude I hold for each and every one of you is boundless. Not only because it shows how much you love and support me, but it also is a reflection of how y’all all see yourselves, and how you strive for a healthier existence. That being said, I’m going to do my part to continue to engage y’all’s spirit, and continue to flip through the pages of our stories.
All that being said, I intend to share parts of my story hear with you all, to ensure that you never feel alone in your journeys, and to remind us all that no one is superior, nor perfect. I want to commit to coming here weekly for you guys, and for myself. We can all use this space not only as a learning/growing point, but as an intimate journal. I encourage every one of you message me with questions of your own. This new year is the time for expansion, meaning we all have an opportunity to take this a step further.
