I KEEP FORGETTING TATTOO Tuesday!
I am so sorry but I want to tell you about one of my most favorite tattoos 🙃
My shoulder tattoo is one that I drew myself & it’s the outline of the Pikes Peak view from the Garden of the Gods, & the coordinates are where we said our final goodbyes to part of my moms remains after she passed. I’ve been to both places with her as well, & the constellation above the mountain peak is a Big Dipper. Classic but It was always the first constellation I found every night when searching the stars with my mom growing up in the hot tub. It was a nightly routine for us. I remember it so well.
That’s one of my favorite memories with her. She’s been gone almost 10 years now, I still can’t believe it most days. I got this tattoo done on her birthday about two years after she passed away.
