

When Depression Isn’t Really Depression…
Honestly, these past few months I felt so lost—no energy, no motivation, constant apathy. I referred to events in the country and I was almost convinced it was depression… But after some tests, I found out it was actually just a vitamin deficiency and a bit of a hormone imbalance 😕
Now, I’ve ordered the vitamins I need and have a plan to get myself back on track. This was a strong reminder of how physical health affects our minds and moods.
Sharing this in case anyone feels the same. Sometimes our body just needs a bit of extra support and care 🤍
