

Hey! Today I’ll share my story about how I started going to the gym and fell in love with it.
It all began a long time ago. I did dancing for about 11 years and then stopped. Luckily, even after a long break, my body stayed in decent shape. Maybe it’s genetics, or maybe those dance years paid off. Then, 2-3 years ago, I started going to the gym and working with a trainer. Honestly, I didn’t get back into sports to “transform” my body, but just to mix up my routine, especially during the cold season.
I also got lucky with my trainer — he figured out how to work with me, and after every session, I’d see small but real progress! Slowly, I got into it. Now, if I skip even one workout, I feel like I’m missing out on something important for my health and mood☺️
