It's what photographer refer to as the last hour before sunset and the first hour after sunrise. It's also referred to as magic hour. These times of the day provide the perfect light to capture stunning photos. The skin is glowing more. It's not too harsh or bright of sunshine. I love it. Whenever I go outside to photograph, I try to go out early or late afternoon/evening.
