Whenever I visit my family and bring out the old photo albums, it's like I'm brought back in time. There are some photos from our family vacation. One is a photo of me and my two siblings. We're standing tall on some logs, all of us pretending to be the Statue of Liberty (why - I have no idea lol). But looking at this photo, it's like I can clearly hear the sounds of the sea, the swallows chirping while hunting insects, the smells of fresh cut grass, the taste of fresh strawberries, the cooling breeze against my tan summer skin.. It's amazing. And beautiful. I will forever be grateful to have these photos. My next mission is to make sure I have them all digitized before something happens to them. 😅🥰
