But I think my main goal is to be better at balancing work vs free time. As a content creator it is so easy to get hung up in the constant working mindset. Wherever you are or whatever you do, you’re constantly thinking “OH, that would be a great backdrop for a reel” or “ok but I need to plan the upcoming weeks content”. 📸 So - time management. Scheduling everything for the week. Even schedule moments without my phone, work or camera, just for me to be present. But also schedule time for me to deep dive more in my craft. Schedule days to go out and just film/photograph like B-roll or stock footage. Practice without “I wonder if this will be liked or appreciated by my audience”. Another priority is to use my new Field Notebook instead of notes in my phone. I’ll talk about this more later on in an episode for my channel, but by actually writing my ideas down in a book instead of my phone, without distractions like notifications or emails, will help me stay focused on that idea and maybe even brainstorm further. **What are your goals for 2024?** Or what are your biggest struggles when it comes to work or life balance? ✨ Also, not gonna lie, I would love to buy me the Leica Q3 in 2024.
