ð. For me, the gym is not just a place to burn off extra calories. It's where I disconnect from everything, have some alone time, and focus on my goals. Each exercise helps me not just physically but mentally too â I feel like I get stronger with every rep ðŠ
Working out is a lot like therapy ð§ ðĐââïļ. It clears my mind, helps me gather my thoughts, and makes me feel almost unstoppable. And yes, like everyone else, I often leave the gym exhausted... but with the feeling that I've done something important for myself ð
