Added 2020-09-17 14:07:18 +0000 UTCi have generalized anxiety disorder (among other things) and one of my symptoms is picking at my face for no reason so if you see my face covered in zit stickers sometimes that’s why! mental health matters y’all. (p.s. i talk about my mental health a lot for the sake of destigmatization but that doesn’t make me a mental health professional so please seek out a real one if you’re struggling! there’s no shame in asking for the help you need. i doubt i would still be here if i hadn’t!)
