Added 2019-08-01 20:58:27 +0000 UTCQuick update for you guys... had 4 stomach surgeries hence been quiet, I have had a hernia for a while which has obviously limited filming options but it turned out there were some bigger problems, long story short Iām all better... and back in the gym a week post surgery feeling great! Funny thing is I grew from giving my muscles a bit of time to recover haha š
