I'm thinking of doing a mindful Monday. Every Monday I do a small video for the lowest possible price. All money will be donated to men's mental health charity's that you guys pick on a poll.

Men get so much responsibility put on them at such a yo ung age with so much expectations. They are expected to be this perfect human with unrealistic expectations. I truly believe it's a problem that men can't speak up and if they do, they get judged.

I'm hoping that maybe I can raise a little bit of awareness and hopefully let you guys escape reality even if it is for a few minutes.

Is this a good idea ? Are you guys likely to donate?
