




Arm day complete. For 242lbs im happy that I can still see some definition. A lot of people asking me about my arm routine so I put one of my movements as a vid on the last of this set. Cable bar curls. I do 3x12 heavy then 3 drop sets getting slower and more controlled each drop set. Pretty much burn them out with the 3x12 then really fail on the drops going slower and more controlled. This is pretty much my routine for all bi and tri cable exercises.
