The message we get from the way sex is represented in the media is that guys need to be hard every moment during sex. This is a misrepresentation of reality. Erections come and go. That’s reality. During my workshops I encourage guys to work on not giving in to this pressure to always be hard. The Deepstroke sequence is just as effective and feels just as good whether you are soft or hard. We all struggle with this and falsely judge ourselves to be weak and broken when we are not hard when we think we should be. When we are soft our cock should be embraced, not shamed. Being soft and confidant at the same time is a sign of great strength. A good mantra to practice this dichotomy is, “I am soft and I am strong.” ✌️
